Answering vendor compliance questions on an RF device

If you receive notification that an ASN contains vendor compliance questions, you can respond to the vendor compliance questions on an RF device.

To answer vendor compliance questions:

  1. After logging in (WMS L1 screen), selecting the applicable warehouse, and specifying an Equipment ID (if equipment checks is turned on), select 0 Receiving from the WMS Main Menu (M2) screen.

    The Select Printer (RC) screen displays.

  2. Press Enter. The Receiving Menu (RCM) screen displays.
  3. Select 9 More > 8 Vend Compl Ques.

    The Enter ASN VCQ1 menu displays.

  4. Specify the ASN with questions requiring your response; press Enter. The Vendor Comply Maint VCQ2 screen displays.
    • If you do not know the ASN, you can press F2 to perform an ASN lookup.
  5. Specify an answer in the Answer/Reply field.
  6. Press F3 or Enter to update your response to the system. The Vendor Comply Maint VCQ2 screen redisplays with the next question, if applicable.
  7. Continue to answer each remaining question by specifying your response and pressing either F3 or Enter to update the system.
