Using the Duplicate function for multiple pallet receiving

This feature is useful when you need to create multiple lines that are similar but that do not exist in the system, for example, for receipt of a trailer load with multiple pallets of like product without using RF to record when the product was actually received. To use the Duplicate function:

  1. Select Inbound > ASN/Receipt. The ASN/Receipt screen is displayed in List view.
    To display a list, use the Search feature.
  2. Select the ASN/Receipt associated with the arriving load. The ASN/Receipt Detail screen is displayed in List view.
  3. Select the line that you want to duplicate.
  4. Click Duplicate. A new window is displayed where you can generate more lines.
  5. Specify the number of lines you need to generate and Click Generate. This function creates the number of new lines and displays them. This function copies all of the information from the selected record to the new lines except the LPN. You must complete this field to get the correct license plates received.
  6. Edit any of the available fields (Hold Code, LPN, Location, PO, expected quantity or received quantity) as needed to create the information needed on the inbound receipt.
  7. Click Save.
