Creating a return receipt from a shipment order

If the returned product was shipped using a shipment order, you can create a return receipt on the ASN/Receipt screen based on a shipment order.

  1. Select Inbound > ASN/Receipt.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. Select the ASN/receipt. The Item Detail screen is displayed in List view.
  4. Select Actions and click Populate from Shipment Order. The Shipment Order selection screen is displayed.
  5. Select one or more Shipment Orders and click OK. All shipment orders with Shipped Complete in the Status field for the owner are listed on the ASN.
  6. Click Save.
