Validations during receiving

This section describes a series of error messages that notify you that a status code prohibits the intended activity:

Attempting to do RF receiving against a closed ASN results in the following message:

The ASN has been Closed. To continue to receive, you must first reopen the record.
```

Attempting to do RF receiving against a closed PO results in the following error message:

The PO has been Closed. To continue to receive you must first
				reopen the record.

Attempting to do RF receiving against a verified closed ASN or PO results in the following error message:
```
The ASN or PO has been Verified Closed. No further transactions
				allowed.
			 
```
Attempting to do RF receiving against a cancelled ASN or PO results in the following error message:
```
The ASN or PO has been Cancelled. No further transactions allowed.
			 
```
