Return scenarios

As noted above, the characteristics of the returned product can be applied as a separate process following the actual product receipt. This is frequently the case as resources specializing in returns work through this type of product.

To review or specify returns information on an RF device:

1. From the RF Receiving Menu (RCM) screen, select Returns.
2. Select Returns Info. The Returns Info (RET01) screen is displayed.
3. Scan or specify the LPN or item for the returns information capture.
4. Specify the LPN or item for which you want to update Returns information.
5. Complete the information for the return.
