Activating the labor report cutoff time

To set the labor report cutoff time:

  1. Select Administration > System Settings. The Settings screen is displayed.
  2. Scroll the Key column and select the LABORRPTTIME item. The description reads Labor Report Cutoff . This time is used when you run the labor reports. If an associate’s log on time is after the labor cutoff time, their work is reported on the next day.
  3. Enter the time for LABORRPTTIME.
  4. Click Save.
