Specifying report settings for automatic report printing

Within the Report Configuration screen, you can specify the report settings and select the default printer for each report. The supported report options are Display only, Print only, and Display and Print.

• Display only - This setting processes reports in the same way as they are handled within application today. For example, when the screen-based report is invoked, it changes the context of the screen to show the report. The user context is no longer on the Web UI screen.
• Print only - This setting allows only background printing. The user's context of work does not change. When the screen-based report is invoked, it is automatically sent to the printer you configured on the Report Configuration screen.
• Display and Print - This setting sends the report for background printing and displays the report the screen. In addition to viewing the report on the screen, it changes the context of the user's work to allow the user to view a printed copy.
