Adding a system-level report printer for automatic report printing

Within the Report Printer Configuration screen, you can add new printers and set a printer as the default location where reports print.

To configure printers for system-level reports:

  1. Select WMS > Administration > Print Management > Printer Configuration.
  2. Specify the name of the printer.
    • Provide the network path of the printer; for example, \\usdawnas1\a3-hp5sinx-e.
    • Specify a description of the printer.
  3. Set the printer as the default printer.
    Note: You can only select one default printer. If you attempt to select two printers as the default, one of the printers is removed.
  4. Click Save.
