Configuring items for consolidated picking

You must configure the item master to make the item eligible for consolidated picking.

To configure the item master:

Select Configuration > Item. The Item screen is displayed.
Use Search to list the records.
Select the applicable item.
Select the Outbound tab.
Select the Allow Consolidated Picking checkbox.
Specify a Minimum Wave Quantity greater than "0".

Note: An item is included for consolidated picking on a wave only if the total quantity for all of the orders on the wave is greater than or equal to the Minimum Wave Quantity.

Use this field to exclude items from consolidated picking if not enough demand for the item exists on the wave.
Click Save to confirm changes.
