Removing outbound moves
You can remove the user ID for the Outbound Staging Move (OSM) tasks by using the RF application or can be automatically cleared using a time interval specified in the System Settings.
To remove User ID from RF:
- Select from the RF device menu. The Outbound Management (OBM) screen is displayed.
- Click .
- Click .
- Click . The Clear Outbound Moves screen is displayed.
- Specify the order number.
- Press . The associated OSM tasks with the order number are set to Pending status and clear the user on the task.
