Removing outbound moves

You can remove the user ID for the Outbound Staging Move (OSM) tasks by using the RF application or can be automatically cleared using a time interval specified in the System Settings.

To remove User ID from RF:

  1. Select Outbound Menu from the RF device Main menu. The Outbound Management (OBM) screen is displayed.
  2. Click More.
  3. Click More.
  4. Click Clear Outbound Moves. The Clear Outbound Moves screen is displayed.
  5. Specify the order number.
  6. Press Enter. The associated OSM tasks with the order number are set to Pending status and clear the user on the task.
