Unallocating orders from the shipment order screen

On the shipment order screen, from the order header List view, you can select multiple orders and then choose Unallocate. The system performs the unallocate process on all of the selected orders. The system unallocates only those pick detail records with status less than Picked or demand allocation records that are not in the process of being picked. Items that have been picked are not unallocated.

You can also perform the unallocate action for order line details in the Detail List View.

To unallocate multiple orders from the shipment order screen:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order. The Shipment Order screen is displayed.
  2. Open an order and click Actions and select Unallocate. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click OK to confirm. The system performs the unallocate on the order that is open.
  4. To unallocate additional orders, display the List View.
  5. Select multiple orders and click Actions and select Unallocate. A message is displayed that lists the number of orders that you selected for unallocation. Click OK to confirm.
    Note:  This does not unallocate pick records that have already been picked. Use the process in the Unallocating pick detail lines topic, to unallocate those records.
