Unallocating a shipment order

Use the Unallocate > Shipment Orders option to quickly remove allocation information for one or more shipment orders. This function does not remove allocation information for the orders that are updated to Picked status.

To unallocate a shipment order:

  1. Select Outbound > Unallocate > Shipment Orders. The Unallocate Shipment Order screen is displayed.
  2. Specify the applicable search data into the corresponding field(s) to locate the shipment order. If the fields you want to search are not currently displayed, you can click the Preferences icon to select additional column fields. See the Infor WMS Introduction and Navigation User Guide for additional information on selecting the columns to display in a list view.
  3. Click Search to display the list of Shipment Orders matching the specified search data.
  4. Select the record or records to unallocate.
  5. Click Actions and select Unallocate Orders.
  6. Click OK to confirm unallocating the selected shipment order(s).
