Picking orders from the shipment order screen

On the Shipment Order screen, from the List view, you can select multiple orders and then choose Pick. The system changes the order detail line status and the header status of the orders to Picked.

You can also select order detail lines for picking in the Detail List View.

To pick multiple orders from the Shipment Order screen:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order. The Shipment Order screen is displayed.
  2. Open an order and click Actions and select Pick. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click OK to confirm. The system changes the status of the detail lines and of the header for the order that is open.
  4. The system displays the List View to pick additional orders.
  5. Select multiple orders then click Actions and select Pick. A message is displayed that lists the number of orders that you selected for picking.
  6. Click OK to confirm.
