Printing reports for Shipment Orders

Various reports can be printed from the Shipment Order using the Reports menu. These reports can be configured to either display for the user or automatically print without displaying to the user by utilizing the background printing feature. Other report features available for select reports includes customer specific reports and the ability to print them automatically based on order status.

  • Pick List

    Selecting this option will print the Pick List Report (CRPT54).

    • Owner and/or Ship To specific reports can be created for this report using the owner reports tab on the configuration screens for owner or ship to trading partners.
  • Pack Slip

    Selecting this option will print the Pack List Report (CRPT46).

    • The Outbound Activity feature can be configured to automatically print the report when the order reaches a certain status.
    • Owner and/or Ship To specific reports can be created for this report using the owner reports tab on the configuration screens for owner or ship to trading partners.
  • Catch Weight/Data Slip

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Catch Weight/Catch Data Packing Slip Report (CRPT05).

  • Order Sheet

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Order Sheet Report (CRPT43).

  • Container Activity Report

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Pallet Activity Report (CRPT998).

  • Bill of Lading

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Bill of Lading Report (CRPT76).

    • The Outbound Activity feature can be configured to automatically print the report when the order reaches a certain status.
    • Owner and/or Ship To specific reports can be created for this report using the owner reports tab on the configuration screens for owner or ship to trading partners.
  • Custom Order Report

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Pack List Report (GENORD1).

    • The Outbound Activity feature can be configured to automatically print the report when the order reaches a certain status.
    • Owner and/or Ship To specific reports can be created for this report using the owner reports tab on the configuration screens for owner or ship to trading partners.
  • Pick List by Zone

    Selecting this option from the menu will print the Pick List Report by zone to a printer that has been defined for the zone.

    • The same report for the same order can be divided by zone and each piece will be printed on the corresponding printer.
Note: You can select multiple orders to print from the list view. If you select multiple orders and the report supports owner/ship to specific reports, the system uses the display/print option from the first order selected to determine if the report displays. If the report does display, all of the reports display in that format, not the specific format defined for that report. If background printing is enabled for the reports, the reports print in the correct format specified for the owner/ship to.
