Defining a weekly schedule
Complete the steps below to define a weekly schedule.
- From the Labor menu, select Scheduling > Weekly Schedule. The system displays the Weekly Schedule list.
- Click New.

Specify this information:
- Schedule
- The ID or name of this weekly work schedule.
- Description
- Type a detailed description of this weekly schedule.
- Sunday Shift – Saturday Shift
- Indicates which shift to use on each day of the week for this schedule. If this schedule does not run on certain days of the week, such as Saturday and Sunday, leave the shift values for those days blank.
- Click Submit.
