Role overview

Use the Role to configure roles. The default distribution of activities is configured for each role. You assign a percent of activity time to a user. You can assign 100% to a specific activity or you can list activities for the user and assign each a percentage of the user’s time. The Planning page uses this activity distribution to determine how much of a user’s shift to allocate to a certain activity.
