Run jobs automatically
To schedule the job to run automatically:
- Select Scheduler > Job List to access the Job List screen.
- Click New.

Specify this
information:
- Job
- Select the job which needs to be scheduled from the drop-down list.
- Schedule Frequency
- Select appropriate schedule frequency for this job to be
run. Note: A Schedule pop-up window will open up. Select the proper value in Repeats field, then click Done after entering all the required information.The available values are as follows:
- Daily - Once per Day: To run the job at a specific time every day.
- Daily - Multiple per Day: Select the Until option and specify the last date and time until when you want to run this job. If you want to run this job indefinitely, select the Never Option.
- Weekly: To run the job for selected days every week.
- Monthly - Specific Day: To run the job once every month on the specific day. Example first Monday every month.
- Monthly - Specific Date: To run the job once every month on the specific date. Example 25th of every month
- One Time Job – No Repeat : To run the job once on the specific date and time

Specify the appropriate
information based on the selected
Schedule Frequency.
- Starts On
- The date and time from when you want to start running this job. The time is the first run time for this job for the day selected.
- Ends On
- Select the Until option and enter the last date and time until when you want to run this job. If you want to run this job indefinitely, select the Never Option.
- Repeat
- The time interval when this job needs to be repeated each day.
- Summary
- Displays the description for the schedule.
- Click Save. Once the job runs, it will update the Last Run Time, Next Run Time, Start Time and the End Time.
