RF layout and navigation

Each manufacturer can design unique RF device screens, but all RF devices include common elements.

The RF device screen contains fields (also known as prompts) and data. All RF screens in the shipping version of Infor WMS have the same general layout.

Use the RF device keyboard to navigate the screens. Common activities performed using the keyboard include:

• Clicking appropriate number and letter keys to enter information directly into fields on the RF device
• Clicking 6 (forward) or 4 (back) to scroll a list on a screen
• Clicking Esc to exit the current screen and return to the Main menu
• Clicking Enter to save information entered into fields on the current screen and advance to the next screen in the series
• Clicking function keys (F1 through F9) to perform various activities.

  When item information is expressed on a barcode label, you can scan information into the RF device.
