Release using held inventory inquiry

This section describes how to remove the hold status from the Held Inventory screen.

You can remove only records with a Hold Type of License Plate from this screen because other types of holds (lot or location) can affect multiple records.

  1. Select Execution > Inventory > Held Inventory. The View Inventory on Hold screen is displayed in search form.
  2. Enter the criteria for the item for which you want to view inventory balances.
  3. Click Search to display a list of the inventory records that meet the criteria. The View Inventory on Hold screen displays in list view.
  4. Select the hold records for which to remove the holds. These must be a license plate type to remove it from this screen.
  5. Click Actions > Remove LPN Hold.
