Hold Maintenance
- Select Execution > Inventory > Maintain Holds.

To display records on hold, use the Search feature. For example,
input the license plate in the LPN column.
Note: you can click the Preferences icon to select the columns you want to display and search. See the Infor WMS Introduction and Navigation User Guide for additional information on selecting the columns to display in a list view.
- Select a record to view the Item Detail view.
- Verify whether the Hold field is enabled.

Review this information:
- Lot
- If the inventory hold was created by the lot number, it displays in this field. If the hold was done by license plate or location, the Lot field is blank.
- LPN
- If the inventory hold was created by the license plate number, it displays in this field. If the hold was done by lot or location, the LPN field is blank.
- Location
- If the inventory hold was created for a specific Location, it displays in this field. If the hold was done by lot or license plate, the Location field is blank.
- Status
- Description for the hold reason code applied to the hold record.
- Who On
- Associate who placed the record on hold.
- Who Off
- Associate who removed the record from inventory hold.
- Date On
- Date and time the hold record was created or placed on hold.
- Date Off
- Date and time the hold record was taken off hold.
- Comments
- Comment for the hold inventory record manually added when the hold was created.
- Automatic Hold Hours
- Number of hours the hold record should remain on hold. This is based on the item configuration.
- Automatic Hold Release Date/Time
- Auto-release Date/Time for Lot Hold. Calculated using the number of hours to hold setting.
- Lottable 01 -12
- The attributes that define the item lots.
