New Physical Entry screen

You can use the New Physical Entry screen to streamline the count quantity entry for one or more teams, typically in a paper-based operation where the counts are not captured via RF. The benefits of using a separate screen for count entry include:

• Ability to manage permissions by the user's role to restrict certain users to only enter quantity for the counts without giving them access to review all the count information.
• Ability to limit the available fields on this screen improves data entry and efficiency entering manual counts.
• The only fields that can be updated on this screen are the Quantity fields for the team counts.

This screen allows entry for any of the three teams available (A, B, and C). You can use the View Preferences feature on the list view to only display the columns you will use to enter data. If only one editable column is displayed, you can efficiently enter a quantity and press Tab to quickly navigate to the next row and enter the next quantity.

• If you are entering Team A counts, modify display preferences to only show the Quantity column for Team A.
• When entering Team B counts, update the display preferences to only show the Quantity column for Team B.
