New Physical Review screen on the workstation
As detailed in New Physical Review Screen, you can use the New Physical Review screen to view and update the information available for physical inventory counting. This screen provides more visibility and capability than the entry screen.
In addition to editing count records, you can add new counts that do not exist from this screen. See Creating a new count record from the workstationfor additional information.
This screen includes:
- New Physical Review Inventory ID
- The ID of the new physical inventory.
- Control Number
- Control number associated with a set of physical counts. All counts initiated at the same time have the same control number.
- Physical Count Key
- Unique key record for the inventory count.
- Status
- Overall status for the count. When a count is entered for the first team, the status is updated to In Process.
- Owner
- Inventory owner.
- Item
- Item number.
- Pack
- Defaults with the pack assigned to the item. The counts could be recorded from RF using a different pack.
- UOM
- Master UOM for the pack.
- Location
- Location counted.
- Lot
- System Lot. This cannot be updated by the user.
- License Plate
- License plate.
- Initial Quantity
- Initial inventory quantity recorded when the physical process is initiated.
- A Quantity
- Quantity recorded by count team A (in master units) - editable.
- A UOM
- Unit of Measure recorded by count team A. This could be any value UOM for the pack.
- A UOM Qty
- Unit of Measure Quantity recorded by count team A. For example, if the count is recorded in cases, this value represents the number of cases.
- A Status
- Status for team A count. Once a quantity is registered for team A, the status is updated to Counted.
- B Quantity
- Quantity recorded by count team B (in master units) - editable.
- B UOM
- Unit of Measure recorded by count team B. This could be any value UOM for the pack.
- B UOM Qty
- Unit of Measure Quantity recorded by count team B. For example, if the count is recorded in cases, this value represents the number of cases.
- B Status
- Status for team B count. Once a quantity is registered for team B, the status is updated to Counted.
- C Quantity
- Quantity recorded by count team C (in master units) - editable.
- C UOM
- Unit of Measure recorded by count team C. This could be any value UOM for the pack.
- C UOM Qty
- Unit of Measure Quantity recorded by count team C. For example, if the count is recorded in cases, this value represents the number of cases.
- C Status
- Status for team C count. Once a quantity is registered for team C, the status is updated to Counted.
- Current Variance
- Quantity variance when comparing the Count Team A quantity and the Initial Quantity.
- Posted Quantity
- Final quantity when posting is complete. The Team A count is used as the basis for this quantity during posting.
- Adjusted Quantity
- Quantity that was adjusted during posting if there was a variance between the Initial Quantity and Team A Quantity count.
- Lottable01-12
- Lot attribute values. These values are automatically populated from the system lot number.
- Count Tag
- Tag number if applied during physical counting.
- Each Value
- Item cost per unit.
- Initial Value
- Total value based on the initial quantity and cost per unit.
- Adjusted Value
- Total value based on the initial quantity and cost per unit.
- Location Level
- Populated from the location level on the location configuration. The location level can be used to sort screen contents to view in a different sequence.
- Location Orientation
- Populated from the orientation from the location configuration. The orientation can be used to sort screen contents to view in a different sequence.
- A Count User
- The user ID associated to the A count.
- A User Start Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to A count initiates the new physical count process.
- A User End Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to A count ends the new physical count process.
- A variance (difference between Initial System Quantity and A count)
- The difference between initial system quantity and A count.
- B Count User
- The user ID associated to the B count.
- B User Start Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to B count initiates the new physical count process.
- B User End Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to B count ends the new physical count process.
- B variance (difference between Initial System Quantity and B count)
- The difference between initial system quantity and B count.
- C Count User
- The user ID associated to the B count.
- C User Start Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to C count initiates the new physical count process.
- C User End Date/Time
- The date and time when a user associated to C count ends the new physical count process.
- C variance (difference between Initial System Quantity and C Count)
- The difference between initial system quantity and C count.
