Viewing pallet exchange transactions

To view transactions of reusable containers:
  1. Select Execution > Pallet Exchange > Transactions. The Pallet Exchange Transactions screen is displayed.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature. The information available for viewing includes:
    Date
    The date this transaction took place.
    Activity
    The pallet exchange transaction activity. Activities include:
    • Adjustment
    • Receipt
    • Shipment
    • Move
    Responsible Party
    Owner, or party responsible for this reusable containers.
    Pallet Exchange Type
    The type of reusable container being tracked.
    Condition In
    The condition of the reusable container upon receipt into the selected facility.
    Qty In
    The quantity of reusable containers received into the selected facility.
    Condition Out
    The condition of the reusable container when shipped out of the selected facility.
    Qty Out
    The quantity of reusable containers shipped out of the selected facility.
    External Doc No
    The external document number that references, or with which the reusable containers is tracked.
    Reason
    The reason for an adjustment transaction.
    User
    The user who initiated this transaction.
  3. To change the list sort order, use the Advanced Sorting feature.
