Configuring Outbound Activity

This section covers the configuration options for automatically controlling outboundactivities during the outbound process.

Various outbound activities can be specified for the Facility, Owner, or Ship To. This allows an action occurring during the outbound process to automatically trigger another activity to occur as part of the outbound order fulfillment process.

Two types of actions can trigger additional activities on the outbound process. Some types of activities are linked directly to the completion of an action against an order. Other types of activities are triggered based on the shipment order or load reaching a specified status.

Activities tied to specific events:

• Allocate Orders when created
• Print Pick List Report (when allocated)
• Print Carrier Compliant Labels (when allocated)
• Print Case Labels (when allocated)
• Print Carrier Compliance label (when allocated)

Activities tied to order status updates:

• Print Pack List
• Print Bill of Lading
• Print Custom Order Report
• Send Email

Activities tied to load status updates:

• Print Bill of Lading
• Send Email
• Print Master Bill of Lading
