Serial number tracking overview

The serial number tracking feature allows operations to efficiently track product serial numbers throughout the warehouse process from the time it is received until it is shipped to the customer.

The application supports the full range of operations using RF or the workstation. The basic design is once a license plate has been created and serial numbers applied, the user does not have to record specific serial numbers unless that license plate is being broken apart as part of the operation.

The purpose of this guide is to show how to use the application workstation to record specific transactions as they are related to serial numbers.
