Using batch picking

A decision to use batch picking is usually preceded by a labor study to determine which method of picking would be the most efficient. As order size changes, results of the study often change. With a warehouse manager in control of the minimum/maximum criteria used by batch picking, precise cutoffs can be maintained to ensure that maximum performance is achieved.
