Configuring job through job list

  1. Select WMS > Scheduler > Job List. The Job List screen is displayed.
  2. Click NEW to create a new job.
  3. Specify the information in the Description, Application Type, and Type fields.
  4. Select the required purge process in the Class field.
  5. Specify the Script ID available for the purge process in the Parameter Values field. The Script ID is listed on the Archive Setup screen.
  6. Select the required job from the list.
  7. Click RUN NOW to run the job successfully.
    Note: 
    • You can verify the status of the job using the History screen from the Scheduler menu. The status of the job is set to Success when the purging job runs successfully.
    • You can view the list of records that are purged using the Application Alerts window from the Facility Management menu.
