Configuring job using scheduled jobs

  1. Select WMS > Scheduler > Scheduled Jobs. The Scheduled Jobs screen is displayed.
  2. Click NEW to create a new job.
  3. Select the archive job to schedule.

    The record list defaults from the job list.

  4. Specify the run time based on the desired frequency.
  5. Click SAVE. The record is saved successfully.
  6. Click ENABLE. The job that is created is available for the scheduler to pick up and run.
    Note: 
    • You can verify the status of the job using the History screen from the Scheduler menu. The status of the job is set to Success when the purge job runs successfully. The predefined procedure successfully purged the records for the configuration provided in the archive setup.
    • You can view the list of records that are purged using the Application Alerts window from the Facility Management menu.
