Service Window

The Service Window page shows a list of service window slots by name and description per facility. Use this page to limit the concurrent appointments that can be serviced at one time. Each of the windows are set up as a collection of doors and availability times. You can add, update, or delete service window configurations from this page; note that you can service only one appointment at a time. After you specify service windows, they display on Dock Scheduling tab on the Scheduling page.
