Profiles
Profiles determine which customers and facilities the users are able to access. Access is limited within the Charge Maintenance page as well as in Invoicing. Menu item access can be controlled by the Roles as described in the Infor WMS Administrator's Guide.
Fields
- Profile
- The type of access identified in these profile records:
- Charges and Invoice Processing
- No Rate Change on Charge
- No Charge Change
These additional permissions can be turned on or off for specific billing features:
- Count Actual LPN Quantity
- Omit Charges with Zero Rates
- Always add Invoice Minimum by Charge Code
- Add UC on Inventory Master
- Square Unit in Inventory Location Balance
- Previous Bill Dates
- Split GL XML by Invoice
- Invoice ION BOD XML
- Keep Deleted Charge
- User
- The user ID to which these permission levels apply. If left blank, then all users are included.
- Facility
- The facility associated with these permission levels. If facility is blank, then all facilities are included.
- Customer
- The customer associated with these permission levels. If customer is blank, then all customers are included.
- Charge Code
- The charge code associated with these permission levels. If charge code is blank, then all charge codes are included.
- Group
- Provide security that prevents users from modifying charges and processing invoice batches created by users who are not in the same group. A user who is not assigned to a group cannot modify charges or invoice batches created by other users.
- Exclude Flag
- Select to indicate that the user ID does not have permission for this profile or the facility, customer, or charge code is excluded from the billing process.
