Recurring Charges Audit

The Recurring Charges Audit Report checks the billing inventory dates lot information. This lists issues identified with the lots. Issues include:
  • NEXT BILL DATE NOT UPDATED
  • NO BILLING CHARGE FOUND FOR LAST BILLED DATE
  • BILLING CHARGE HAS ZERO QTY, RATE OR AMT
  • NO BILLING CHARGE FOUND FOR PREVIOUS BALANCE DATES
  • NO RECURRING EVENT IN CONTRACT

Report Structure
A report lists the lots that are having issues by facility, customer, and item.
