Transactional Billing (Event Monitor)

The Event Monitor will monitor the activities in the WM and create charges at the appropriate trigger points. These transactional events can be configured for a specific facility, customer, consignee group, ship-to customer group, carrier group, item group, location group, or transportation mode, if applicable.

The event monitor also supports a grace period on the inbound receipts. If an inbound receipt is brought in within a certain number of days before the recurring storage will be billed, the charge will be skipped.

WM transactions supported include:

• Receipt Complete
• Return
• Shipment Complete
• Inventory Adjustment
• Ownership Transfer
• Facility Transfer
• Small Parcel Shipment

Minimums can be accrued at various levels when the charges are created for an order:

• Document (order)
• Document line (order line)
• Item or Item group
• Lot code
