Cost Groups

Cost groups are assigned to cost code records to categorize the different types of costs for running the business. The cost groups are used for reporting purposes.
Required?
You must assign individual cost codes to cost groups. Examples of cost groups that you could enter include Labor, Utilities, Office, and General.
Additional Information
When you generate reports against costs, the system can organize cost information based on cost groups.
Cost Group/Description
The name and description that identify this group.
