Configuring Infor Document Management

When a tenant is provisioned in the cloud, a Document Type called SCE Product Image is automatically added. These attributes are attached to the SCE Product Image: Owner, Item, and Unit of Measure. You can use this configuration as an example for other images that you plan to store.

To store the images for the damaged inventory example, you must create a new document type with the attributes that are used to index the images.

  1. Click the Control Center gear.
  2. Select Administration > Document Type.
  3. Click New Document Type.
  4. Specify this information in the General tab:
    Display Name
    • Specify SCE_Damaged_Inventory. This name is automatically
    Document title
    • Select Document Type.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Create these attributes, which must match the three attributes setup in the image screen:
    • SEND->field1_name
    • SEND->field2_name
    • SEND->field3_name
    • In the example for configuring the HCXM screen, these attributes are LPN, Reason, and Comment.
  7. Select Public from the access control list and set it as the default.
  8. Click Done. After the document is created, return to the General tab and select an attribute to be the primary identifier of the document title image.
