Adding orders to a wave

You can add orders to an existing wave.

To add orders to a wave:

  1. Select Wave > Execution > Maintain Waves. The Wave Maintenance list is displayed.
  2. Select the wave to which you want to add the order(s). The summary information (Summary tab) for the selected wave is displayed
  3. Click the Add Orders button located in the bottom portion of the screen. The Add Order popup screen with the list of orders for selection is displayed.
    • The Add Orders list shows up to 20 orders. If there are more than 20 orders, you can click the Next arrow to display the next (up to 20) orders in the list.
    • You can specify search criteria into the search fields on the Add Orders list to locate an order. The available search fields are:
      • Owner
      • Order Number
      • Status
      • Priority
      • Type
      • Ship To
      • Ship To Name
      • External Order Number
      • Carrier Name
      • Order Date
      • Requested Ship Date
  4. Select the order(s) you want to add to the wave.
  5. Click Add to include the order(s) on the selected wave. The Add Order popup screen is closed. The focus returns to the Summary tab for the wave.
  6. If necessary, click Refresh to update the displayed orders list with the added orders.
