Printing

Use this to print labels or reports for orders included on the wave.

Carrier Compliant Labels
This option is used to generate labels if Infor SPS is being used by the system. This will generate labels for the allocated inventory to be processed for shipping using the Infor SPS application.
Print Container Labels
This prints individual labels for each outbound carton that is allocated during wave planning.
Reprint Container Labels
This reprints existing container labels.
Assignment Labels
This prints labels linked to pick assignments generated for zones that are configured for this type of picking.
Batch Pick Labels
This prints a label for each batch container that you use to move product from storage to the sort location for batch sorting to containers for the various orders.
Pick Tickets
This prints pick ticket reports for the orders on the wave.
Pick Lists
This prints pick list reports for the orders on the wave.
Order Sheets
This prints order sheet reports typically used to initiate the dynamic pick process.
Packing Lists
This prints packing lists for orders on the wave.
Print Drop ID Labels
This prints generic labels that can be used during picking and sorting of new license plates. The system retains the license plate numbers that are generated and printed so that they can then be referenced and used in the picking and sorting process.
Print Pick List by Zone
This option prints reports to a zone-specific computer. The same report for the same order can be divided by zone and each piece will be printed on the corresponding printer.
Print Pick and Pass Zone Labels
This option prints the case ID label based on the zone sequence. The zone sequence is based on the Pick and Pass Sequence field on the Picking Methods tab in the Zone screen.
Note: This check box is available on the Shipment order, Load Maintenance, and Wave Maintenance screens.
Print using Carton Type and Zone sort
If this check box is selected, container labels are printed based on the Carton Type and Zone.
Note:
  • The labels are sorted in ascending order if the CONTAINERLABELSORT system setting is set to 1.
  • The labels are sorted in descending order if the CONTAINERLABELSORT system setting is set to 2.
  • You must specify a default printer for zone labels. Else, the selected printer is considered.
