Batch Details tab

The Batch Details tab displays order details for orders with the order type classification of Batched Orders.

Batch Order Number

Batch order identification number.

Note: This is a hyperlink. Clicking the order number takes you to the Shipment Order screen. From this screen, you can view all information on the order, but you cannot make any updates to the order.

Line Number

Line number on the shipment order containing the item.

Item

Code identifying the item.

Description

Description of the item.

Status

Status of the item, such as allocated, picked, etc.

Pack Key

Code identifying how the item is packed.

Unit of Measurement

Unit of measurement in which the product is ordered. The order quantity displays in this unit of measurement, such as eaches, cases, etc.

Ordered Qty

Quantity of item ordered.

Pre-allocated

Quantity of item pre-allocated against the shipment order.

Allocated

Quantity of the item allocated.

Picked

Quantity of item already picked for this shipment order.

Open Qty

Remaining quantity of item that has not been shipped.
