Viewing parcel package transactions in WM
To view the various transactions that WM sends to Infor SPS or vice versa, you can use Parcel Package Details screen.
- Select Outbound > Parcel Package Details. The Parcel Package Details screen is displayed and lists the last 20 transactions sent to or received from Infor SPS.

Use these fields to
restrict your search criteria:
- Package ID
- To restrict the search to a Container ID or Drop ID, specify the Container ID/Drop ID that was sent to Infor SPS. For LTL carriers, this is the Order ID.
- Package Status
- To restrict the
search to the package status, specify the
Infor SPS
status of the package. Possible values are:
- Sent to Infor SPS for processing: The package was sent from WM to Infor SPS for label and rating.
- Labeled and Rated: The package was received back from Infor SPS and was rated successfully. The compliant label for Small Parcel package was also printed.
- Sent to Infor SPS for voiding: The package was sent from WM to Infor SPS for voiding.
- Voided: The package was received from Infor SPS and was voided successfully.
- Not Sent to Infor SPS: The package has not been sent to Infor SPS for processing yet.
- International Held: The package belongs to International carrier. It has been sent to Infor SPS and rest of the SHIP transaction needs to be completed on Infor SPS system manually.
- International Extract Requested: The package belongs to International carrier. A request has been sent to SPS to extract the international rating data. This message is not used with direct socket communication.
- International Rated: The package belongs to International carrier. It has been sent to Infor SPS and the SHIP transaction has been completed successfully on Infor SPS system manually.
- International Delete Requested: The package belongs to International carrier. A request has been sent to SPS to delete the international rating data. This message is not used with direct socket communication.
- International Deleted: The package belongs to International carrier. It has been sent to Infor SPS. Before the SHIP transaction could be completed on Infor SPS manually, the record was deleted.
- Error while processing in Infor SPS: The package cannot be processed successfully in Infor SPS.
- Type

To restrict the search to the type of carrier, specify the type of carrier: Small Parcel or LTL.
- Order
- To restrict the search to the order to which the package belongs, specify the order.
- Wave
- To restrict the search to the Wave to which the package belongs, specify the Wave.
- Tracking Number/Tracking Number 2
- To restrict the search to the carrier tracking number generated by Infor SPS for small parcel carrier, specify the tracking number.
- Rate
- To restrict the search to a rate, specify the shipping rate. For small parcel carriers, this is the shipping rate of the package. For LTL carriers, this is the shipping rate of the entire shipment order.
- Error
- To restrict the search to an error message, specify the error message produced by Infor SPS.
- Date-Time
- To restrict the search to the date/time, specify the date and time this transaction was sent to or received from Infor SPS.
- User
- The user that initiated the parcel request. For transactions created through one of the inbound REST APIs, the user is a generic system user.
- SPS Case Key
- The unique ID assigned to the parcel transaction.

following fields.
- Actual Weight
- This is the actual weight by the package as entered on the Check Pack screen by the user.
- Estimated Weight
- This is the sum of tare weight of the container plus the estimated weight of the contents as calculated after wave is released.
- Current Weight
- This is the sum of weight of picked material and the tare weight of the package.
- Height
- This is the height of the package.
- Width
- This is the width of the package.
- Length
- This is the length of the package.
- Special Services
- These are special services if special services are configured for this carrier.
- Freight Class
- Freight class of the Drop ID. This is only applicable for LTL shipments and is needed by Infor SPS for LTL rating. In case of mixed item pallet, the highest freight class is assigned to the Drop ID.
- NMFC Class
- NMFC (National Motor Freight) class of the Drop ID. This is only applicable for LTL shipments and is needed by Infor SPS for LTL rating. In case of mixed item pallet, NMFC associated with the highest freight class is assigned to the Drop ID.
- Requested Label Printer
- Specify the label printer captured from the Check Pack or Packing page during the request.
- Requested Label Copies
- Specify the requested label copies captured from the Check Pack or Packing page during the request.
- Requested Report Printer
- Specify the requested report printer captured from the Check Pack or Packing page during the request.
- Notes
- The Notes captured from the Check Pack or Packing page during the request.
- Requested SPS API Strategy
- The SPS API strategy captured from the Check Pack or Packing page during the request.
- ID Type, Transaction Type,
- Processing values used by the integration programs.
- SPS Message
- The full pipe-delimited message passed to or from Infor SPS.
