Overview
Infor Small Parcel Shipping (Infor SPS). Infor SPS provides this functionality for packages shipping from USA and Canadian origins:
- Generates rates and tracking number for small parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS
- Prints the carrier compliant labels for these carriers.
- Allows LTL carrier rates to be configured in Infor SPS to do LTL rating
Infor WMS Warehouse Management has been tightly integrated with Infor SPS. The integration
touchpoints are as follows:

These two communication options are available for integration with Infor SPS:
- Direct socket connection
- Infor WMS communicates with Infor SPS through a direct socket connection
- Integration events may be enabled, but are not necessary for the integration
- Available for on-premise WMS installations
- Not available for cloud WMS installations
- Indirect connection using events and APIs
- Integration events are created for outbound SPS requests
- Inbound REST APIs are used for inbound SPS responses
- Available for both on-premise and cloud WMS installations
