Capture Serial Numbers

To capture the serial number for items inside a package:

  1. Select the desired pick detail line from Unpack pane.
    To capture the serial numbers at Check Pack station the following conditions must be met:
    • The package must be Outbound only and not End-to-End.
    • The item Catch When flag must be set to: At Pack.
  2. Click Serial Numbers to access the Check Pack Serial Number window.
  3. Scan or enter the serial number in Serial Number Long field and other Catch Data elements (if configured).
  4. Click Save and Close to save the serial data and close the window.
