Updating unit details

You can use the Update Unit Details function to edit dimensions and associated information for outbound units on loads.

  1. Select Outbound > Load Maintenance > Maintenance.
  2. To display a list, use Search.
  3. Select a load ID.
  4. Click Update Unit Details.
  5. To view the DropID information for the LPN, click the LPN hyperlink. The Drop ID detail screen is displayed.
  6. Review the unit detail information and perform edits as necessary. These fields are maintainable:
    • Cartons Counted: the counted number of cartons
    • Length: the length of the unit
    • Width: the width of the unit
    • Height: the height of the unit
    • Weight: the weight of the unit
    • Container Types: the type of container for the unit
    • Carton Type: the type of carton for the unit
    • NFMC Class: NMFC (National Motor Freight) class of the unit
    • Freight Class: the freight class of the unit
    • Drop ID UDF 1 – 3: additional user-defined information about the drop ID
  7. Click Save.
