Shipping load tasks using the Load Maintenance screen

When all load tasks are complete for an order, the load ID and associated orders can be shipped using either the Load Maintenance screen on a workstation or Pack/Load/Ship screens on an RF device.

To ship load tasks on a workstation:

  1. Select Outbound > Load Management > Load Maintenance.
  2. To display a list, use the Search option.
  3. Select the load ID to be shipped.
  4. Change the Status of the load to Shipped.
    If the feature flag LMACTIONS is enabled, the Ship selection will be available under Actions. You will not be able to manually change the Status of the load to Shipped.

    On the confirmation page, click Ok to continue to ship the load or Cancel to return to the previous screen with no changes.

  5. Click Save. This confirms the shipment and depletes inventory for all of the license plates, case IDs, or drop IDs that are loaded and included on this load. This includes all pick detail information that relates to the load.
