Configuring the application for demand replenishment with speed picking

Warehouse > WMS > Administration > System Settings

• AUTOMATICALLYCONSOLIDATEORDERS

  Select the check box to turn on/enable the AUTOMATICALLYCONSOLIDATEORDERS system setting.

• COMMINGLESPEEDLINELOC

  Select the check box to turn on/enable the COMMINGLESPEEDLINELOC system setting.

Warehouse > WMS > Configuration > Strategies

• Replenishment

  Select Replenishment from the Strategies menu to create a replenishment strategy.

• Speed Pick Group

  Select Speed Pick Group from the Strategies menu to create a speed pick group strategy.

Warehouse > WMS > Configuration > Item

• Replenishment Strategy

  With an item details view displayed, click the Outbound tab and then select the applicable replenishment strategy for the Replenishment Strategy field.

• Speed Pick Group Strategy

  With an item details view displayed, click the Outbound tab and then select the applicable speed pick group strategy for the Speed Pick Group Strategy field.

Warehouse > Wave > Planning > Query Builder

Create a demand wave using one of these methods:

• Create a demand wave using the query builder filter. Select Actions > Create Demand Wave.

• Create a demand wave using the query builder filter. Select Actions > Save Filter. Select the Create Demand Wave from Scheduler field for the filter.
