Using the Duplicate function to create serial number records

  1. See Receiving catch weight/data (including serial numbers). Follow steps 1 – 6 to create serial number or other weight and data information.
  2. Select the check box to select the record to be copied.
  3. Click Duplicate.
  4. A pop-up window is displayed. Specify the number of additional serial number records to create.
  5. Click Generate.
  6. Edit the serial number field or other data on the newly created records as needed.
  7. Click Save.
