Viewing equipment checks history

You can view the history of equipment questions asked, the replies to the questions, and additional information.

To view the equipment checks history:

  1. Within the facility level, select Configuration > Productivity > Equipment Check History from the WMS menu. The Equipment Check History list view displays.
  2. Click Search to display all of the Equipment Check History entries.
    OR
    Specify search criteria in the following applicable field(s) to search for an equipment check history entry or to filter the list of equipment check history entries; click Search.
    • Equipment Type
    • Equipment ID
    • Category
    • Question/Check
    • Answer/Reply
    • Answered When
    • Equipment Disabled - Select Yes or No
    • Response Date - Click the Calendar icon, select the date, and click OK.

  3. If you want to export the search results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel.
