Timesheet Override report
The Timesheet Override report shows overrides the supervisors made to the user's timesheet within a pay period. The body of the report contains three sections: Payroll Total Overrides, Timesheet Clock In/Out Overrides, and Activity Overrides.
- Payroll Total Overrides
- The Payroll Total Overrides section of the report shows the overrides the supervisor
made to the user's totals during a pay period. This section of the report displays:
- User
- Paid hours
- Unpaid hours
- Performance percentage
- Paid override
- Unpaid override
- Performance override
- Comments
- By (Supervisor who made the override)
- Timesheet Clock In/Out Overrides
- The Timesheet Clock In/Out Overrides section of the report shows the overrides the
supervisor made to the user clock-in and/or clock-out time. This section of the
report displays:
- User
- Date
- Clock-In
- Clock-Out
- Clock-In Override
- Clock-Out Override
- Date override
- By (Supervisor who made the override)
- Activity Overrides
- The Activity Overrides section of the report shows the overrides the supervisor made
to individual activities on the timesheet. These overrides can change the
effectiveness and performance metrics. This section of the report displays:
- User
- Start Date
- Activity
- Duration
- Duration Adjustment
- Start Time
- End Time
- Paid/Unpaid
- Comments
- By (Supervisor who made the override)
