Setting Abandon Location for the zone

When you use a reason code to abandon a task, you can create a task to move the item from the current location to an abandon location. Set this location on the zone.

To set the abandon location:

  1. Select Configuration > Zone. The Zone screen is displayed.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. Enter the Abandon Location. The default is set to LOST.
  4. Save the record.
