Transferring assignments to a different associate

A supervisor can transfer picks within a planned assignment to a different associate using the transfer option on the Assigned Work screen or All Work screen.

To transfer one or more tasks within a planned assignment:

  1. Depending on the screen you are on, select the menu path:
    • For Assigned Work screen, Execution > Productivity/Labor > Supervisor > Assigned Work
    • For All Work screen, select Execution > Productivity/Labor > Supervisor > All Work
    Note:  You cannot edit items in the list view of the Assigned Work screen or All Work screen.
  2. Enter search criteria and then click Search. A screen is displayed with a list of assignments matching the criteria.
  3. Select the assignment you want to transfer.
  4. Use the check box in the detail portion of the screen to select one or more picks that you want to transfer. To select all picks, use the check box in the column header.
  5. Click Actions and select Transfer Assignment Picks.
    Note:  When transferring work, supervisors must ensure that each associate has the required permissions to receive and carry out the assigned work. The Transfer Assigned Picks dialog box is displayed.
  6. To transfer the picks, select a User ID from the New User ID list and click Execute.
