Viewing information on the QC/Packing screen

To view information on the QC/Packing screen:
  1. Select Outbound > Parcel / Quality Control > QC Review. The QC/Packing search screen is displayed.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. Click an item in the list to select it. The QC/Packing information for the ID is displayed in the Detail view.
  4. In the following display-only columns on the QC/Packing screen, view this information:
    Packout Key
    PACKOUTKEY being inspected.
    ID
    Case or drop ID being inspected.
    Type
    CASE or DROP, depending on the ID type.
    Parent ID
    Parent identifier if this ID is a component of another ID.
    Is Closed?
    Is the inspection complete and the ID closed?
    Status
    Status, Normal or Shipped, of the ID.
  5. Use the delete button to delete PackOut data. This button is only active if the Is Closed flag is OFF and the Status is Not shipped.
    If these conditions are not met, the screen displays the message
    QC cannot be deleted if Closed or Shipped.
    If the conditions are met, the screen displays the message
    Click OK to delete all QC data.

    If you confirm, the system deletes the PackOut and PackOut detail records.

  6. In the following display-only columns on the QC/Packing Detail screen, select the record you want view from the RF device:
    ID
    Case or drop ID being inspected.
    Owner
    Owner of the item being inspected.
    Item
    Item being inspected.
    Lot
    Lot being inspected.
    Qty Picked
    Number of units to be inspected for this Item/Lot.
    Qty Accepted
    Number of units accepted by the inspector.
    Qty Rejected
    Number of units rejected by the inspector.
    Rejected Reason
    Reason the product was rejected.
    Order Key
    Shipment order number for this ID.
    QC Pack User Defined Field 1-3
    User-defined fields 1 through 3 that display information you specifically select.
    PackKey
    PackKey from the PackDetail. The table only supports one per Item/ID/UOM.
    UOM
    UOM code that was picked and/or inspected. Valid values come from Code List TMUOM.
    UOM Qty Picked
    UOM quantity picked.
    UOM Qty Accepted
    UOM quantity accepted.
    UOM Qty Rejected
    UOM quantity rejected.
