Viewing and editing assigned locations from the Item field

You can select an item on a shipment order to view, change, create, and delete assigned locations. The assigned locations screen can be accessed when you click on an item from either the Pick Detail tab or the Pre-Allocation tab.

To view the assigned locations by selecting an Item entry:

  1. Select WMS > Outbound > Shipment Order. The Shipment Order list is displayed.
  2. Select the applicable shipment order from the Shipment Order list. The Header tab of the shipment order is displayed.
  3. Click the Pick Detail or Pre-Allocation tab. The selected tab is displayed.
  4. With the cursor on an Item entry, click on the Item. The Assigned Locations popup screen is displayed.
    • To edit a pick location, select the applicable location entry, make the desired changes, and click Save.
    • To create a new pick location, click New. Specify the applicable location information (Location Type and Location fields are required) and click Save.
    • To delete a pick location(s), select the location(s) you want to remove from the list and click Delete.
  5. Once you are finished with editing, creating, and/or deleting location entries, click the X in the upper right corner of the Assigned Locations screen to close the popup.
